It is not the fastest and the cable had a broken rj45 connector but it did work. I think it was around 7 dollars per 24 hours.
A3: I have stayed at the Boardwalk before, and also the Yacht Club for the last few years (because the speaker's rate is excellent). Yacht club does have high speed internet and it wasn't too bad. None are great when you get 8000 geeks on site surfing the net. I suspect the advent of SlingBox isn't going to help matters, given that the tv offerings at the Disney hotels aren't exactly meant to cater to business travelers. I don't recall the charges though. One thing I did notice a while back -- they blocked DNS lookups to sites like AllofMP3.com (now AllTunes.com). To access that I simply picked a different dns provider. Here is a scheduling trick I learned 2 years ago (the last time I took a certification exam). It is harder for their scheduling system to "push an exam out" (ie reschedule an exam whose time has already pased) than it is to "pull it back" (ie take an exam that is scheduled in the future "right now"). So it makes sense to schedule your exams towards the end of the conference, and then when you are ready to go ask the test administrator to reschedule your exam to "right now".

-- I never got mine and I suspect my company email system (Outlook Web Access... sigh) ate it, even though it wasn't in spam, junk or deleted folders. Anyway, the trick is to use the email you registered with as your logon ID and convert your six character confirmation code to lower case -- example ABC123 would be abc123 for your password.
